Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are a rapidly expanding event marketing and promotional advertising firm specializing in live events, brand promotions, customer acquisition, and community outreach campaigns for nationally recognized brands and nonprofit organizations. Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Management Trainee .

Our Management Trainee program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on training in marketing, sales, event coordination, team leadership, and business operations. This position offers a clear path toward advancement into leadership and management roles based on performance rather than seniority.

No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship from experienced managers and executives.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured management training program focused on business development and leadership.
• Assist with the execution of promotional marketing campaigns and live events.
• Represent client brands and organizations at retail events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional activations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and event partners.
• Learn campaign management, client relations, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and feedback to management.
• Support team training, coaching, and onboarding initiatives.
• Develop skills in recruiting, interviewing, and employee development.
• Assist management with daily operations, goal setting, and team performance tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign results.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
