Position: Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Compensation: up to $45 per hour + Commission + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced and licensed Cosmetic Nurse Injector with a passion for aesthetics, an eye for detail, and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. As a key team member, you’ll play an integral role in shaping our guest experience, educating clients, and building lasting relationships through results-driven treatments and personalized care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures
• Conduct in-depth consultations and create customized treatment plans tailored to client goals
• Educate clients on available services, treatment expectations, post-care, and maintenance plans
• Maintain accurate medical records, chart notes, and treatment documentation
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations and best practices
• Participate in team training, brand building, and client retention strategies
• Stay current on the latest advancements, trends, and techniques in aesthetics

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience in a medspa or clinical aesthetics setting
• Skilled in Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and facial anatomy
• Professional, approachable, and confident in a client-facing role
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the team
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional service
• Open availability to work, including weekends
