Lead HVAC Installer | Sign-on Bonus Available | $33-39 hourly

Mechollage, a locally owned , veteran-led HVAC company established in 2009 in Virginia Beach is looking for experience HVAC Installers. Recently, we expanded into Newport News to bring the same high-quality service and supportive work environment to even more homeowners.

Location: This position is available in both Virginia Beach and Newport News areas.

Pay : $33.00 - 39.00 hourly, depending on experience

Position: Lead HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:

• Install and test HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ductwork, ensuring all work meets code and company standards.
• Lead installation crews on job sites, coordinating tasks safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and complete necessary documentation for each job.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be needed depending on the season.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• Willingness to travel within the service area
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and comply with safety rules
• Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
• EPA Universal Certification
