WHO YOU ARE
The candidate will be a member of the RMS Field Sustainment Team and will act as advisor to management and customers (both internal and external to Lockheed Martin) on advanced technical matters associated with the modification, installation, test, repair, and support for Advanced Combat Display Systems (ACDS) and Tactical Electronic Computing Resources (TECR) products. The candidates primary roles will be assisting RMS with the design & development of digital display engineering upgrades to OJ-194 and OJ-197 consoles for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. In addition, this person may provide subject matter expertise to fielded teams performing equipment modifications and upgrades, equipment/system repairs, and integration and testing across a wide range of fielded RMS combat systems products. Note: This is not a full time position. The level of services provided for this position will be on a Call-In basis, not to exceed 999 labor hours in a rolling 12-month period as defined by company policy for casual employees. No travel is required or anticipated for this position. All work is expected to be conducted within the RMS Virginia Beach facility or virtually on an as needed basis as directed by the Virginia Beach leadership team.

Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in all technical aspects related to ACDS/TECR systems.

- Demonstrated subject matter experience in field service engineering principles associated with legacy analog and digital display consoles and Naval combat systems hardware.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.

- Technical documentation development.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
