Reviewing the daily patient schedule and providing statements, information on co-pays and the like to Reception for collecting.
Reviewing, correcting and fine-tuning Authorizations.
Complete insurance verification forms for in & out of network patients.
Analyzing, correcting and mailing patient statements.
Reviewing and handling partial paid claims, rejections, and requests for more information.
