Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee heavy civil and marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a leader who can effectively coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of heavy civil and marine construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and quality control measures on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil or marine construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including dirtworks and earthworks.
• Familiarity with marine construction methods and regulations, including Army Corps and Navy standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
