Waitstaff - FT

We’re looking for personable, dependable Waitstaff to deliver exceptional service and create meaningful interactions with residents every day. This role is essential in building a welcoming environment and ensuring every dining experience reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guests
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Build genuine relationships with residents, creating a warm and engaging dining experience
- Set up and break down dining areas before and after meal service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining teams to ensure smooth, timely service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Support special events, catering, and themed dining experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, hospitality-driven attitude with a strong focus on service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in working with seniors and creating a positive resident experience
- Flexible availability, including weekends (Fridays/Saturdays preferred) and holidays
Preferred
- Previous server, waitstaff, or customer service experience
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, or restaurant environments
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy dining environment
