The Gina Myers Team at CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) — the #1 female-led mortgage team in Virginia — is hiring a proactive, detail-driven Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to our Branch Manager, Gina Myers. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure but can pivot quickly, stays two steps ahead, and thrives in organized chaos. You’ll manage communication, scheduling, and systems that keep our high-producing mortgage branch running smoothly — ensuring every client and partner receives concierge-level service. Responsibilities: • Inbox & Communication Management: Maintain an organized inbox and ensure all client and partner inquiries receive responses within 20 minutes during business hours. • Calendar & Meeting Preparation: Manage a complex calendar, confirm appointments, and anticipate needs so the Executive is always prepared. • Prioritization & Follow-Through: Protect the Executive’s time by identifying priorities, tracking commitments, and driving follow-up to completion. • Team Operations: Keep systems, projects, and communication aligned; track team metrics; support accountability and organization across all functions. • Events & Administrative Tasks: Coordinate team events, handle expense reimbursements, gifting, supplies, and travel arrangements.
