Client Services Lab Representative Call Center Job Responsibilities:

• The Client Services Laboratory Call Center Representative provides quality customer service and technical phone support.
• Maintains positive client relationship through timely courteous accurate and efficient handling of calls.
• Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing. Provides requested information to clients.
• Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
• Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely.
• Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
• Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal team and department development.
• Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent required upon start
• Experience :1 year of related experience
