SharePoint SME

Are you a SharePoint expert with deep experience in Office 365 integrations and API troubleshooting? We're seeking a highly skilled SharePoint SME to support a high-priority client engagement involving complex SharePoint and O365 integration issues. This is a critical opportunity to apply your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve enterprise-level challenges in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

• Act as the technical lead in assessing, diagnosing, and resolving a complex SharePoint and O365 integration issue for a key client.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise on SharePoint Online architecture, customization, API integration, and Microsoft 365 services.
  
• Analyze current configurations and integration points, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal technical teams to ensure seamless functionality across SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, and related services.
  
• Offer guidance on best practices for SharePoint governance, security, and performance optimization.
  
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolution approaches, and technical recommendations for ongoing support.
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online , SharePoint Server (2016/2019), and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration with O365 apps such as Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  
• Proven experience with Microsoft Graph API , REST API, and related integration tools.
  
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting , SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and JSON-based configurations.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in high-stakes environments.
  
• Excellent communication skills to interface directly with technical and non-technical stakeholder
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-101, or SharePoint Developer/Administrator certifications).
  
• Experience supporting federal or enterprise clients with complex IT environments.
  
• Familiarity with hybrid SharePoint environments and Active Directory integration.
