Shenandoah Sheds is a fast-paced, customer-focused, family-owned small business dedicated to delivering top-tier service and craftsmanship. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our growing team!
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Pad Prep & Site Work Lead to handle ground prep for shed deliveries and installations. You’ll be clearing and leveling small areas, building stone shed pads, and occasionally assisting with fence installations. A company skid steer and trailer will be provided—you’ll need to use your own truck.
What You'll Do:
- Clear and level ground for shed placement
- Build gravel/stone shed pads to specifications
- Perform light fence work (as needed)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the Shenandoah Sheds team
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating a skid steer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependability and the ability to work independently
- Availability Monday–Friday (some Saturdays possible)
- Residence near Winchester, VA
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable truck for hauling
What We Offer:
- 3–4 day work weeks
- $80,000–$100,000/year based on experience and availability
- Choose 1099 contractor or W2 employee status
- All necessary equipment provided (except truck)
