Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and construct residential and commercial swimming pools according to client specifications and industry standards

- Prepare sites, including excavation, grading, and setting forms for pool shells

- Install plumbing, electrical systems, and pool equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety

- Oversee the installation of pool finishes, decking, and landscaping components

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies

- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion

- Maintain a clean and organized work site, minimizing disruptions and hazards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in pool construction or related trades such as masonry, carpentry, or landscaping

- Strong knowledge of pool systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and safety standards

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding manual labor in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
