Job Type: Full-Time; Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Create an exceptional first and last impression for every client.
• Manage appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and daily operations using our CRM system.
• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients about Live Hydration Spa's wellness services, memberships, retail offerings, and promotions while confidently recommending options that align with their wellness goals.
• Support membership enrollment and retail sales through exceptional client education and personalized service.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and receiving deliveries.
• Perform opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure every client receives a seamless, five-star experience.
• Represent Live Hydration Spa at occasional community events and local marketing opportunities.
• Adapt to the needs of a growing business while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, concierge, spa, medical office, or front desk environments preferred.
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable educating clients about memberships, wellness services, and retail products in a natural, client-focused way.
• Professional appearance and commitment to delivering an elevated guest experience.

• Availability to work evenings (until 7:00 PM) and occasional weekends as business needs require.
