This isn’t a typical sales role — we don’t “sell” senior care; we guide families through one of life’s most emotional and complex decisions.
We are seeking a dynamic, purpose-driven sales professional to help expand our presence across the DC–Maryland–Virginia region.

Your purpose is simple:
Develop your region, build sustainable partnerships, increase community awareness, and grow referral networks through trusted relationships with healthcare and senior care professionals.
You will be the community-facing resource — connecting hospitals, physicians, case managers, and local organizations with our free senior placement services .
Compensation & Growth: Performance-Driven Income
This is a 100% commission-only opportunity — ideal for someone motivated by independence, flexibility, and meaningful work.
- Start Part-Time: Build your referral network at your own pace
- Grow to Full-Time: Earn more as your client base expands
- No income cap

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, discharge planners, social workers, senior centers, and other community organizations
- Educate professionals on free senior living placement services (Assisted Living, Memory Care, etc.)
- Support families and healthcare partners with compassion and clarity
- Convert relationships into referrals and meet (or exceed) growth goals through trust-focused outreach
- Represent the organization at networking events, resource fairs, and Chamber meetings
- Develop and execute a territory marketing plan — truly own your business
Ideal Candidate
- Retired social worker or marketing professional
- Natural networker who enjoys meeting people and building trust
- Purpose-driven and seeking meaningful, flexible work
- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Tech-savvy and organized (CRM, email, notes, follow-up)
- Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare, senior living, or community resources
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Part-time to start, with potential to build into full-time income based solely on results
