- Only 1 in 6 Saturday mornings; no regular weekend duties.
- Minimum 30-minute appointments for focused, thorough care.
- Full in-house diagnostics, dental x-rays, and additional advanced tools.
- Deliver preventive, surgical, and general medical care.
- Participate in collaborative case review and team learning.
- Educate clients to support long-term pet health.
- Base salary of $130,000$170,000 + production (no negative accrual).
