Salary:

Job Description:
- Experience completing prequalification packages for vendors/suppliers.
- Ability to build a job from beginning to end.
- Ability to create a work plan for a job.
- Experience printing plans and specs and creating estimate notebooks.
- Experience maintaining project lists and vendor databases.
- Experience in obtaining subcontractor and vendor quotes.
- Experience completing take-offs.
- Ability to create schedules and estimates as needed.
- Ability to write/create proposal documents as needed.
- Ability to attend site visits and pre-bid meetings.
- Ability to use Auto CAD (preferred).
- Experience using HeavyBid.
- Experience using PlanSwift (preferred).
- Experience using AGTEK (preferred).
- Experience using P6 (preferred).
Qualifications
- College degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5 years construction field experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication.
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
- Subject to a background screening process
