As a Seasonal Fine Dining Server, you will be an integral part of our upscale dining team, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience during the holiday season. You will provide attentive, personalized service, offering expert knowledge of our menu, wines, and seasonal offerings. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, luxurious environment and who are dedicated to making every guest experience extraordinary.

Dinner shift starts at 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm / 11:00 pm depending on closing duties This seasonal position will run through January 9th with the potential for transition to a regular part-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to guests in our fine dining restaurant, including greeting, seating, and taking food and beverage orders.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, and seasonal specials, offering recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the upscale nature of our restaurant.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, including proper presentation and sequence of courses.
• Assist in preparing the dining room for service, including setting tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, resolving issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and assist with closing duties as needed.

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service required.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak holiday service times.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• A commitment to upholding the high service standards of the Hilton brand.
