Digital Product Manager – QTechUS

Location: Remote (Reston, VA – 2 onsite meetings per month required, drivable distance preferred)
Type: W2 Contract (12+ months)

QTechUS is seeking a SAFe Certified Product Manager for a leading healthcare payor organization. This long-term contract role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end digital product delivery for impactful team and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex digital products (35%)
• Manage and update product roadmaps, issues/action items/risks, and drive product maturity (20%)
• Identify and articulate new customer needs to product development teams (20%)
• Manage all aspects of product implementation including equipment, installation, and metrics reconciliation (10%)
• Ensure and drive deliverables to completion per product schedules (15%)

Qualifications

• SAFe Certification REQUIRED + Product Management certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) or 4+ years additional relevant experience
• 10+ years product operations experience; minimum 5 years in product management
• Proven roadmap/visionary experience across full product lifecycle
• Experience in LARGE organizations (1K+ employees) with strong product cultures
• Expertise in ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office Suite; Aha.IO preferred
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Primary skills: SAFe Certification, Product Management, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office
• Preferred: AWS, AI/ML exposure, experience shifting organizations to product mindset
