Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
• Schedule appointments for clients requesting our services
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom
• Complete insurance applications for clients
• Participate in optional ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
