Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting our services
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom video calls
• Complete insurance applications for clients
• Participate in ongoing, optional training sessions to further develop skills
