Addison Group is partnering with a client to find a Manager of Corporate Communications to lead high-profile internal and external initiatives. This role is ideal for someone experienced in translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives for a wide audience.
Job Description:
This role sits within the executive communications function and serves as a strategic partner across the organization. The Manager of Corporate Communications will lead high-profile internal and external communications initiatives, with a strong emphasis on financial storytelling, enterprise reporting, and executive-level messaging. This position blends hands-on content development with strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale enterprise reports, including impact, annual, fundraising, and year-end publications (impact reports)
- Translate complex financial data into clear, engaging narratives for internal and external audiences
- Partner closely with finance, leadership, and internal stakeholders to shape messaging and communications strategy
- Support executive and CEO communications, including presentations, key messages, and organizational updates
- Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and assist with public statements and external messaging
- Oversee website and digital content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness
- Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver polished, on-brand communications materials
- Develop and deliver internal communications tied to organizational changes, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 7–10+ years of progressive corporate communications experience
- Strong background in financial communications and reporting
- Proven experience leading major publications such as impact reports or annual reports
- Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building skills
- Comfort working with senior executives and presenting complex information clearly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
