NOW HIRING — Infant Room Lead Teacher
Country Kids Child Care | Rocky Mount, VA
Country Kids Child Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Infant Room Lead Teacher to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the infant classroom daily
Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Follow feeding, nap, and diapering schedules
Communicate professionally with parents and staff
Plan age-appropriate developmental activities
Ensure all state childcare regulations are followed
Qualifications:
Previous childcare experience
Experience with infants strongly preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
CPR/First Aid certification is a must
