Job Title: Process Engineer

Location : Newport News, VA

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 + 5% bonus

Summary:

A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Process Engineer for their Newport News, VA facility.

Responsibilities:

The ideal Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize processes for production and developmental castings, ensuring robust performance and quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through strong analytical problemsolving, statistical analysis, and rootcause investigation
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing concerns clearly and professionally while collaborating across internal teams
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, document technical work, and act as an influential engineer with emerging leadership capability and advancement potential

Qualifications

The ideal Process Engineer will have the following skill set:

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Chemical or Material Science highly preferred)
• Must have experience with investment casting
• Must be A US Citizen due to the nature of this role
