Job Overview:
The Guide Transformation Analyst, AI & Governance will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of AI and governance strategies within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, governance frameworks, and the ability to guide teams through transformative processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Analyze current processes and recommend AI solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on AI tools and governance practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership on AI and governance strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI technologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and change management is a plus.

Pay Range: $50- $55
