What You'll Do:

As the first and final point of contact, you set the tone for each guest's experience. Your role blends hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a polished and welcoming presence
• Scheduling appointments and confirming visits with poise and accuracy
• Checking guests in/out with care and professionalism
• Managing cash handling and daily closing procedures
• Setting up and tidying bath and sauna rooms
• Recommending products and services that align with guest needs
• Selling spa memberships and maintaining client records
• Maintaining a pristine spa atmosphere by performing laundry duties as well as daily and weekly cleaning, creating a polished, guest-ready environment

• Available for evening shifts and one weekend day per week
