We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Manager Trainee for our newest location! This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, sales, business development, customer acquisition, and team leadership .

What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Manager TraineeAs an Entry-Level Manager Trainee, you will receive training in marketing strategy, sales, client relations, and leadership while supporting promotional campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with designing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Support advertising promotions, promotional materials, merchandising, and public relations initiatives
- Represent client brands through professional customer engagement and brand consulting
- Acquire new customers through direct marketing and sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Coordinate promotional schedules and manage campaign calendars
- Prepare marketing materials and resources for campaign execution
- Interact with customers through field marketing and promotional activities
- Learn client products, services, and marketing strategies quickly
- Participate in leadership development and management training programs
Entry-Level Manager Trainees will receive hands-on training in:
