Senior Program Analyst
- Manage the development of strategic business plans and initiatives involving IT Standards governance processes and Standards Development Organizations (SDOs).
- Lead the process of analyzing, reviewing, drafting, updating, coordinating reviews, collecting comments, and adjudicating comments for various IT Standards related documents and data.
- Identify areas to modernize DoD IT Standards support and implement updated business processes to enhance efficiency for the customer
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration with the customer and other stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of the customer.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying problems, understanding business needs, and developing effective solutions for the customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer, document requirements, and present findings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related technical or scientific field. Military experience is acceptable in lieu of education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a program analyst.
