We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Richmond, Virginia. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule, clinical autonomy, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients while enjoying one of the most vibrant cities in the Mid-Atlantic.

Position Highlights

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM workday
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Full outpatient primary care practice
• Established patient panel
• Clinical autonomy with strong administrative support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care and wellness services
• Build long-term patient relationships within the community
• Collaborate with support staff and care team members
• Focus on high-quality patient care while administrative teams assist with operational needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $220,000
• Student loan repayment assistance up to $50,000
• Relocation allowance of $2,500

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain
• Passion for outpatient primary care
• Comfortable treating a broad and diverse patient population
