We are looking for a Part time bookkeeper/administrative assistant. 20 to 30 hours a week.
Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and overall business operations.
This position also includes general office duties – responding to inquiries, filing, reading contracts, answering phones, etc.
This is a small office, a construction type site, you will be working alone most of the time. You must be okay working alone. Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a long term office worker, please only apply if you are looking for long term.
Qualifications:
• 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant/bookkeeper role.
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented.
• Must be computer literate with experience working in Gmail, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
A background check will be done.
Our only benefits at this time is, Paid holidays, and one week vacation after 1 year.
This is a very small office trailer, it can be very noisy and dusty outside at times.
