In this role, you’ll provide essential, hands-on support to individuals who need assistance with daily living—helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Help with meal preparation and feeding when needed

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with elderly or individuals with disabilities

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Experience in home care, hospital, or long-term care settings

• Valid PCA certification

• CPR certification

• Bilingual skills are a plus
