Complex Human Resources Coordinator - Embassy Suites Alexandria Old Town

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town is looking for their next Complex Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.

Located steps from the bustling King street, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town provides easy access to Downtown Washington, DC attractions such as the Torpedo Factory Art Center and the George Washington Masonic Memorial.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) human resources professional who demonstrates exceptional discretion, organizational acumen, and communication skills, and who excels in supporting employees and operational needs within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

What will I be doing?

• Provides the Human Resources training/education and professional development managers with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.
• Assiting with onboarding and new hires
• Completing incident reports
• Answer emails and phones
• Assiting with employee recognization
