WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

This position will be tasked with the following key objectives:

• Review and analyze financial reports, market trends, and industry updates to seek opportunities to increase operating efficiencies.
• Coordinate with division leadership in establishing staffing plans throughout the year to adjust for seasonal adjustments and budget requirements.
• Safeguard facility assets: maintaining inventory control process to ensure inventory integrity.
• Oversee administrative aspects of the division; payroll, vendor/customer relations, accounts payable, credits and more
• Drive and prioritize safety initiatives.

Some positions will have the following work environment qualities:

• The work environment will vary based on location. Essential job functions are primarily performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment; however, they may also be performed in a warehouse environment that is subject to seasonal temperatures and humidity and outdoors unprotected from weather conditions.

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.

• At least 5 years of working experience in agriculture, agribusiness, agronomy, or a related industry
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, serving in a position with direct reports.
• A high school diploma/GED is required, and any further education related to the agricultural industry is a plus!
• A valid Driver’s License
• A passion and enthusiasm to collaborate with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A knack for relationship building and problem-solving.
• A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO.
• Certifications/Licenses required; willing to train throughout career to obtain, if not already completed
