- Develop market sizing, share analysis, customer demand outlooks, and competitive positioning evaluations.
- Support annual sales planning, pricing goals, and market optimization.
- Deliver concise executive-ready market summaries highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Produce rolling monthly forecasts using both quantitative models and market intelligence inputs.
- Continuously refine forecasting approaches using statistical methods, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate forecast accuracy and identify root causes of deviations.
- Incorporate external indicators such as construction starts, infrastructure funding, weather patterns, and economic signals.
- Support operational planning, pricing, and logistics decisions through reliable demand projections.
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, industry associations, and regional stakeholders.
- Gather qualitative intelligence to complement quantitative analytics.
