Family Services Specialist I- Req 4774
Ability to complete intake assessment for Adult Protective Services report; Investigate Adult Protective Services referrals within policy requirements; Assess client's risk factors, physical and psychological capacity with the Uniform Assessment Instrument (I-JAI) to determine client's service and related financial needs; develop an appropriate service plan, referrals, and community resources; gather, interpret and apply interview and related investigative information to accurately assess and direct client to services and resources.
Requirements :
• Must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (social work, counseling, gerontology, guidance and counseling, family and child development, psychology or sociology); or possess a bachelor’s degree in any field accompanied by a minimum of two (2) years related experience in a human services area. • Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
Contract Role: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
