What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or business is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
· 1-3 years commercial property, project, or facilities management experience.
· Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be willing to seek and obtain a Top-Secret security clearance with polygraph.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the management team with operations and maintenance of property.
· Assist with management of property repairs and services to include procurement, coordination with vendors and tenants, and quality control inspections.
· Assist with management of projects from inception through completion to include scope development, oversight of design and construction services, permitting, coordination with vendors and tenants, quality control, and project closeout
· Assist with planning, preparing, and implementing budgets and financial reports.
· Process invoices and create purchase orders as needed.
· Draft and execute contract agreements as needed.
· Assist with managing the drawing library and electronic records.
· Work closely with the property and project managers, contractors, and Government representatives to plan and coordinate activities across the property.
· Willing to carry a cell phone to respond to emergencies and work weekends and off hours to support the facility as needed.
