Position: Entry-Level Sales Associate

Looking for something fast-paced, team-oriented, and meaningful?

Key Precision Marketing has expanded into Virginia Beach and we are hiring immediately for a face-to-face marketing and fundraising role supporting nationally recognized veteran-focused nonprofit organizations.

This is NOT:

• door-to-door
• telemarketing
• sitting behind a desk all day

This is an event-based, people-focused role where you’ll work directly with the public at events, retail setups, and community locations throughout the Hampton Roads area.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who:

• communicate well

• enjoy fast-paced environments

No experience needed — we provide full training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with the public face-to-face
• Representing nonprofit campaigns professionally
• Raising awareness and helping donors get involved
• Working with a team to hit daily and weekly goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
• Hospitality, customer service, military, sports, or leadership experience is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time preferred
Events booked Monday–Sunday
Typical hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation:

Base pay + uncapped commission + travel reimbursement + bonuses
Most new team members earn between $800–$1300/week starting out
