We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Weekly payroll
- Monthly billing using 3rd party programs (Procore, Textura etc.)
- Invoicing, Receivables, Collections, Employee Re-Imbursement
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roll (Construction Industry Preferred but not required)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks accounting software a must (basic book keeping)
- Must be a Notary (or be able to obtain soon )
- Requires proficient level of computer skill and ability to self-teach new software applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus)

We are licensed to perform work in VA, MD, DC. Specializing in tenant fit-up projects and new construction fire protection system installations.
