CSR Member Services Consultant

AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to work with credit union members who are already connected with our organization and seeking guidance on available benefit programs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom

• Assess client needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and approachable way

• Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process with professionalism

• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support

• Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities
