Role Description

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA. This role entails managing commercial lines accounts, addressing client inquiries, and tailoring insurance solutions to specific needs. Daily tasks include policy servicing, handling claims, processing renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to the role.
