• Job Summary
• Day shift: 4x10-hour (07:00 AM – 05:00 PM).
• The area offers outdoor activities, hiking trails, and over 20 waterways.
• Chesapeake will not consider ANY license or background hits.
• Please ensure your traveler does not have any prior license or background hits.
• Shift: 4x10 hours.
• Shifts may vary between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM as needed.
• Worked hours may extend beyond scheduled time.
• 40 hours per week.
• Weekdays only.
• No weekends.
• No on-call requirements.
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS via American Heart Association.
• Must be EPIC proficient – NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Candidate should have pre- and post-recovery experience with minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
• Procedures include coronary angioplasty, stents, IABP, Impella, electrophysiology studies, EP device implants, and related medications/drips.
• RN must have critical care exposure with cardiac patients.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience required.
• Experience required in one of the following areas:
  • Critical Care
  • Emergency Services
  • Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Pre-Post Care Unit
  • Cardiac Rehab (preferred)

• Compact or Virginia (VA) license in hand – no exceptions.
