As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll connect with families and individuals to help them understand financial protection options. You’ll focus on educating, guiding, and building trust — all while working from your laptop.

- Talk with clients in scheduled virtual meetings
- Explain programs and options in a clear, friendly way
- Help clients complete applications and understand next steps
- Keep track of client information and follow up as needed
- Learn the products, rules, and best practices to confidently advise clients
- Meet personal goals and track your progress
