Diagnostic/Automotive Master Technician
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Diagnostic/Master Mechanic.

- Diagnose, repair, and quality-check vehicles based on customer concerns.
- Work on all major automotive systems—engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more.
- Test-drive vehicles and use professional diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Communicate clearly with our Service Advisor about vehicle needs and repair time estimates.
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately to state and factory standards.
- Perform Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle.
- Keep your workspace neat, safe, and organized.
- Keep the team updated on any additional issues or changes in diagnosis.
What We’re Looking For:
- ASE automotive mechanic certification(s) (preferred).
- Virginia State Inspector license (preferred).
- Emissions Repair Technician certification (preferred).
- Clean, valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to grow.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

We are located in the Alexandria / Lorton / Kingstown / Springfield / North Fort Belvoir area of Northern Virginia and offers full repair and general maintenance services for cars and trucks.
