Position: Help Desk Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Respond to tickets and emails from users seeking help
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Maintain a log of all issues and their resolution for future reference
• Set up new accounts, reset passwords, and assist with other account-related tasks
• Ensure proper functioning of computer systems and network connections
• Collaborate with IT team members to escalate technical issues when needed

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Specialization in Systems Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:

• 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Experience working in a healthcare or government setting

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $40 per hour
• Currency: USD
• Frequency: Hourly
