** Job Title:** **General Production Worker**
**What You'll Do**
+ ✅ Operate pallet jacks, banders, and stretch wrappers safely and efficiently
+ ✅ Assist machine operators with setup, adjustments, and material loading
+ ✅ Monitor pallet construction and packaging for quality assurance
+ ✅ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
+ ✅ Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
+ ✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ ✅ Complete production logs and reports accurately
+ ✅ Participate in training sessions to improve skills
+ ✅ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with warehouse operations (shipping, packaging, inventory)
+ Proficiency in pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts
+ Knowledge of material handling and expediting processes
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
+ Experience loading raw materials and monitoring machine performance
+ Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
+ Inspect products for quality and report defects
+ Coordinate movement of materials and finished goods
+ Track production schedules and maintain accurate records

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suffolk, VA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
