Travel Nurse Job Details
- Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse (Travel Nurse)
- Location: Norfolk, Virginia 23507
- Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Operating Room (CVOR)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 09/15/2025, End: 12/16/2025)
- Nursing Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- On-Call: 2-3 calls per week and every other weekend
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $3120 - $3200 per week
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Proven clinical skills in cardiac operating room procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Deliver skilled nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac surgery
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during cardiac procedures
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
