Job Description:

GO2 Delivery keeps medical supplies and essential deliveries moving across the region — and dispatchers make it happen. You'll be the operational nerve center: monitoring drivers in real time, solving routing problems fast, and making high-stakes decisions that directly affect patient care and customer satisfaction.

This is a high-volume, high-accountability role for someone who thrives under pressure and wants a clear career track in logistics operations.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$21.00/hr starting pay Up to $24.00/hr based on progressing through tiers. Mid Shift: 11:00am – 11:00pm 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotating schedule - In a 28 day period you work 14 days and are off 14 days. Every other weekend off. Location: Virginia Beach, VA (On-Site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate real-time dispatch of medical and non-medical deliveries
• Monitor driver locations and adjust routes to resolve delays or exceptions
• Maintain clear, professional communication with drivers and customers
• Make fast, accurate decisions to keep operations on schedule

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year in dispatch, transportation, or logistics (required)
• Comfortable with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools
• Strong multitasker who stays calm in a fast-moving environment
• Proven track record of reliability and consistent performance
• Available for 12-hour mid shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
