The Job:

Our Home Care specialist team is the revenue engine for the organization. Driven, hard-working, yet part of a tight-knit group of supportive peers, who enjoy spirited competition yet work collaboratively to earn a collective goal across our footprint.

This position would be covering the Midlothian VA market as well as some of the surrounding areas.

As a valued member of the 25-strong team, you will:

  • Call on hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and continuing-care campuses, to connect with Social Workers, discharge planners, case managers and administrative staff, to promote the sale of designated service lines.
  • Provide strategic solutions, explain our programs, our readiness, and our differentiators, to earn trust and respect in a competitive landscape, but one where we already fare extremely well.
  • Create solid weekly plans, set up meetings with case management and leadership, among others, to further reiterate our abilities and strengths.
  • Collaborate well with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff, and internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and efficient and effective delivery of care.
  • Utilize the array of tools provided, to promote our good name in the market

The formal requirements are few, but mainly we ask for a rock-solid sales background on a similar platform. Hospice, home care, home health, Assisted Living, etc., are all usually well-aligned historically, but come to us with the ability to SELL, and sell well, and we can talk.
