- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Must be a certified nursing assistant with a valid certification.
- Previous experience in a home health or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
