Sales Manager
Beyer Automotive Group (BAG) is seeking a high-performing, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales department to the next level. Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the dealership meets and exceeds revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability & market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Stay up to date on OEM products, market trends, and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales excellence
- Valid driver’s license
