About Tidewater Neurologists, Inc. & Sleep Disorders Specialists

Tidewater Neurologists, Inc. & Sleep Disorders Specialists is one of the region’s most established and trusted neurology practices, proudly serving the Hampton Roads community for decades. We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered neurological care supported by advanced diagnostics, evidence‑based treatments, and a deeply compassionate clinical philosophy.

Our practice blends the expertise of board‑certified neurologists with innovative sleep medicine services, creating a uniquely integrated environment for brain and sleep health. We prioritize collaboration, clinical excellence, and a supportive culture where physicians can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care and improving patients’ lives.

If you’re seeking a stable, respected, physician‑led practice where your expertise is valued and your voice matters, you’ll feel right at home here.

About the Role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Neurologist (MD or DO) to join our expanding team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice broad, high‑quality neurology within a collegial environment that values autonomy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and long‑term professional growth.

As a neurologist in our practice, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions—including headache disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, stroke, cognitive disorders, and sleep‑related neurological conditions. You will work closely with our sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and experienced clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient‑focused care.

We are looking for a thoughtful, compassionate clinician who values thorough evaluation, continuity of care, and strong patient relationships. Your expertise will directly impact the health and well‑being of patients across the region.

Why Join Tidewater Neurologists & Sleep Disorders Specialists?

  • Physician‑focused environment with robust administrative and clinical support

  • Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
  • Comprehensive benefits and long‑term stability
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model
  • Strong referral network and consistent patient volume
  • A community that values high‑quality specialty care and supports physician‑led medicine

This is the kind of role where you can build a lasting career—not just a job.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • CME support and dedicated CME time
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Opportunities for long‑term professional and financial growth

  • Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, including detailed histories, neurological examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic studies
  • Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders
