JETSET Pilates is seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support studio operations, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fitness, wellness, and community building.

The AGM partners closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the studio team, and execute sales and retention strategies. This position offers a clear path for growth into a General Manager role as JETSET Pilates continues to expand.

Duties and Responsibilities

Studio Operations

  • Support daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience.
  • Manage front-of-house responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Utilize Mindbody and AXLE CRM to manage leads, memberships, and client communications.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and membership inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and studio supply ordering.

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and conversion efforts.
  • Execute retention strategies to increase member engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Support presale initiatives and new studio launch efforts.
  • Track key performance indicators and contribute to achieving studio sales goals.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing members to create long-term loyalty.

Team Leadership

  • Train, coach, and develop Studio Leads and front desk team members.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing studio culture.
  • Assist with staffing schedules and coverage as needed.
  • Lead by example and embody the JETSET Pilates brand and values.

Community & Marketing

  • Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach, partnerships, and studio events.
  • Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and membership growth.
  • Represent JETSET Pilates with professionalism and enthusiasm both inside and outside the studio.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or a related customer-focused industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and scheduling software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community engagement.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
